These dark florals are certainly inspiring me this week. Flowers are often associated with brights and pastels, but a dark, moody take matches chilly November perfectly. A slightly indulgent meal –butternut squash ravioli with sage butter, and hazelnut profiteroles– is an ideal pairing. I haven’t been able to get those glass bottle candle holders out of my head since I first spotted them, and they may just make an appearance on my Thanksgiving table!
